Advertiser Terms
Payment in full is required before ad impressions can be delivered to Quaker Ad Network sites. By making a payment using the payment links on this site or payment links provided by Quaker Ad Network via email, the advertiser agrees to purchase the specified number and type of ad impressions. Quaker Ad Network can provide an invoice upon request.
QAN will enroll website publishers who meet certain criteria for appropriate and relevant content (as determined by QAN at its sole discretion) to display advertising on their websites that originate from advertisers contracting with QAN. QAN will keep track of the number of advertising impressions served to each Network Site. An “Impression” is defined as the number of times a banner ad has been shown to users; tracking is done by OpenX software and is in full compliance with industry measurement guidelines as specified by the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB).
QAN will require publishers to display QAN advertising units within specified placements to ensure visibility “above the fold” on a desktop or laptop monitor and to ensure premium placement of premium ad types. Publishers must display the top of the Leaderboard ad unit within 300 pixels of the top of each Network Site, and the top of the Skyscraper and Rectangle ad units within 580 pixels of the top of each Network Site. Participating publishers are not required to display all types of ad units. Publishers must have Google Analytics and Quantcast tracking installed on their sites with shared statistical access by QAN.
QAN will provide customer service to Advertisers, including receiving advertisements and providing reports to Advertisers and Publishers.
